Whenever I need a dose of gushy romantic comedies I head to three places.
………..1. I go to the anime network and look up the show Suzuka. Its about this guy moves to Japan and goes to this new school where he sees this girl high jumping and instantly becomes infatuated with her. He finds out that she is staying in the same apartment building as her and they have some of the same classes but he wants to be around her more often so he decides to join the track team to get to know her. They start to hang out with echoer and he starts to fall in love with her and she even seems like she’s starting to take a liking to him but whenever he gets to close she totally shuts down and stops talking to him. Basically the he’s trying to find out what happened to her that makes her so unwilling to let him in. Also he’s trying to make her fall in love with him the way he has fallen in love with her. Its a quality show especially if your at home sick and want something to watch.
………..2. I go to my DVD collection and watch 27 dresses, Maid in Manhattan, The Wedding Planner, You’ve Got Mail, My Best Friend’s Wedding, Pretty Woman, and Princess and the Frog. In that order.
………..3. I go to Quizilla.com and go to the top stories and look for the sappiest, gushiest, loviest story title and proceed to read the whole story until there’s nothing left. Currently I’m reading I Found Myself Falling…Not for the Right Thing Either. (How I Fell for My Brother’s Bestfriend.) I mean you have to love the long descriptive title, horrible writing structure and blunt disregard for a viable plot line because all that these stories do is focus on one thing. Teenage romance.
